As a certified EcoBroker® Realtor® based in Seattle I have an exciting opportunity to educate and assist home buyers and sellers in the green marketplace.  I am trained in issues such as energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and green home design that help reduce the environmental impact and increase the overall health and comfort of a home. 

I educate home buyers about green building concepts, such as green building certification programs, healthy and environmentally friendly design, and energy-efficiency. This gives me the opportunity to share knowledge, resources and options with my clients that will lead to healthier, more sustainable living. As a member of Built Green and the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild I am at the forefront with the latest Green Building developments in our community. There are many incentive programs in our area that are designed to promote green building. These programs offer cost savings and encourage buyers to purchase energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and healthy homes.

It is my belief that we can reduce our impact in our communities thru green building practices. That is why I chose to take this path and educate myself so I can help others.
