As a certified EcoBroker® Realtor® and LEED AP based in Seattle I am trained in issues such as energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and green home design that help reduce the environmental impact and increase the overall health and comfort of a home.
I educate home buyers about green building concepts, such as green building certification programs, healthy and environmentally friendly design, and energy-efficiency. This gives me the opportunity to share knowledge, resources and options with my clients that will lead to healthier, more sustainable living.
